This app doesn`t collect any data aside from the catalog goods represented in the feed itself. 

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation aimed at strengthening and unifying data protection laws for web users in the EU. The GDPR became enforceable on May 25, 2018. Instashop Corporation has been committed to GDPR compliance since early 2018, following the announcement of these new requirements by the European Union.

We have implemented internal measures to ensure GDPR compliance. This includes adding anonymity within our data feed and order management tools and enabling users to request data scrubbing and redaction.

The only exception may be the case when you use this feed to sell goods via Powerbrand distribution system, which is regulated by a different agreement.

Powerbrand (Instashop Corporation) does not sell your personal information.

Our website uses forms where you provide contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address) for Powerbrand sales system, regulated by a different Privacy Policy agreement. 

Our site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.

If we make material changes to our information handling practices or other privacy aspects, we will post those changes on this privacy statement at least 30 days prior to their implementation or notify you directly via email. Occasionally, our site may request information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys is voluntary, and users have the choice of whether to provide this information. Survey information will be used to monitor or improve the use and satisfaction of this site.

What happens to my personal information if I terminate my PowerBrand XML Feed Generator app? When your account with Instashop Corporation is cancelled (either voluntarily or involuntarily), all of your personally identifiable information is placed in a “deactivated” status on our relevant databases. However, deactivation of your account does not mean that your personally identifiable information has been completely deleted from our database: please email to contact@powerbrand.io if you wish to complete every piece of information deleted.

We use emails to communicate with you, to confirm your placed orders, and to send information that you have requested. We also provide a contact form on our public website that lets you contact us directly. We strive to promptly reply to your messages. The information you send to us may be stored and used to improve this site and our products, or it may be reviewed and discarded.
